Association Dues

Thank you for your membership to the Cannon Wells Lakes Association! 

• Dues cover costs related to the control of the cormorant populate, harvesting and chemical treatment to manage weed growth, and construction/placement of buoys to mark boat pathways.

• Annual dues for 2025 are $60.00 and can be paid by Venmo at @cwlakeassoc
  or mailed to Cannon Wells Lake Association, PO Box 64, Warsaw Minnesota 55087.

• A financial summary is provided at the end of each year in the annual report that can be found on the Meeting Minutes and Reports page.
